Luke will be performing in the 2022 Equine Affaire performance of Fantasia, a special equine musical revue that features a star-studded lineup of professional equestrian performers and exceptional horses choreographed to a wide variety of musical styles.

When he was a young boy, Luke begged his parents for a pony. When he was 10, they bought him Misty, who sparked his lifelong love of horses. Several years later, Luke bought his first quarter horse, Zippy. With her experience in the show pen, she helped him get started showing western pleasure and trail.
Luke currently competes in reining and ranch versatility, and specializes in liberty horsemanship. Luke was Reserve Champion in the 2017 All American Quarter Horse Congress Non-Pro Freestyle Reining, and was a Top Three Finalist in the 2018 Congress Open Freestyle Reining. He currently travels the country teaching and performing at private clinics and expos in addition to offering demos, clinics and lessons at the new Luke Gingerich Horsemanship Training Facility in Plain City, Ohio.
